Defect
On concrete pump trucks, the clearance between the pump unit deck section and the inner tire on the left side of the rear axle is insufficient. When driving on uneven terrain, the inner tire contacts the deck section, and abrasion marks may develop on the tire shoulder.
Corrective action
Repair the deck section on all vehicles, and replace the pump unit wash-water piping with the corrected part to secure adequate clearance between the deck section and the inner tire. In addition, inspect the inner tire on the left side of the rear axle and replace any tire showing abrasion marks with a new tire.

状況
コンクリート作業車において、ポンプユニットのデッキ部と後軸左舷内側タイヤの隙間寸法が不適切なため、不整地等での走行時、内側タイヤがデッキ部に接触し、タイヤのショルダー部に擦過痕が生じるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、デッキ部の補修工事を行うとともに、ポンプユニットの洗浄用水配管を対策品に交換し、デッキ部と内側タイヤとの隙間を確保する。また、後軸左舷内側タイヤの点検を行い、擦過痕が生じているものは新品タイヤに交換する。
