Defect
The mounting bolts securing the coupler mount plate to the frame on the coupling device are improperly specified, causing the bolts to loosen. Continued use may result in the bolts falling out and the coupler detaching.
Corrective action

状況
連結装置のカプラのマウントプレートをフレームに固定する締付ボルトの設定が不適切なため、当該ボルトが緩むものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ボルトが脱落し、カプラが外れるおそれがある。
