Defect
In the engine fuel injection pump, the heat treatment applied to the delivery guide inside the delivery holder was performed incorrectly, causing initial cracks to form at the seal area on some units. Continued use allows these cracks to propagate, which may result in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
Replace the fuel injection pump with a unit containing a conforming delivery guide.

状況
エンジンの燃料噴射ポンプにおいて、デリベリホルダ内部のデリベリガイドの熱処理が不適切なため、シール部に初期亀裂が発生しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該初期亀裂が進展し燃料漏れが発生するおそれがある。
改善措置
良品のデリベリガイドを組込んだ燃料噴射ポンプと交換する。
