Defect
On the CVT select lever, an improperly configured jig used during skin molding has worn down the mating surface that interfaces with the select button. This allows the select button to disengage from the lever during operation, rendering the button inoperable. As a result, the transmission may become unable to shift out of Park, or may become unable to shift into Park or Reverse.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the select lever with a corrected part.

状況
無段変速機(CVT)のセレクトレバーにおいて、表皮成形設備の治具が不適切なため、セレクトボタンとの嵌合部が削れたものがあり、セレクトボタン操作時に嵌合が外れて、セレクトボタンが操作できなくなるおそれがある。このため、Pレンジからシフトできなくなる、または、PおよびRレンジにシフトできなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該セレクトレバーを対策品と交換する。
