Defect
On large dump trucks, the control wire for dump operation was incorrectly routed during assembly, causing the wire to contact the rear brake air tube during driving vibration. Continued use in this condition damages the brake air tube, causing an air leak. In the worst case, braking performance is reduced.
Corrective action
Inspect the control wire routing on all vehicles and correct any improperly routed wires to the specified routing. Inspect the rear brake air tube and replace any damaged tube with a new component.

状況
大型ダンプ車において、ダンプ操作用のコントロールワイヤの配索を誤ったため、走行中の振動によりコントロールワイヤがリヤブレーキ用エアーチューブと接触するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ブレーキ用エアーチューブが損傷しエアーが漏れ、最悪の場合、制動能力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、コントロールワイヤの配索を点検し、配索が不適切なものは正規の配索に変更するとともに、リヤブレーキ用エアーチューブを点検し、損傷しているものは当該エアーチューブを新品に交換する。
