Defect
In the brake actuator, an incorrect seal ring was installed during assembly. Brake fluid leaks through the faulty seal into the brake actuator, activating the warning lamp. If use continues, braking force may decrease in the worst case.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the brake actuator with a non-defective unit. Inspect the electrical wiring connector connected to the actuator, and if brake fluid contamination is found, replace the wiring harness with a new unit.

改善措置
全車両、ブレーキアクチュエータを良品と交換すると共に、これに接続する電気配線のコネクタ部を点検し、ブレーキ液の付着が認められた場合は、電気配線を新品と交換する。
