Defect
On large and medium-sized buses, the exhaust pipe (center pipe) is made of an unsuitable material. Moisture accumulating inside the pipe causes corrosion near the weld on the lower center section, which may progress to perforation. Continued use in this condition may result in exhaust gas leakage.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the exhaust pipe (center pipe) with a corrected part.

状況
大・中型バスにおいて、排気管（センターパイプ）の材質が不適切なため、排気管中央下側の溶接部付近が内側に溜まった水分によって腐食し、穴あきに至るものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、排気ガスが漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、排気管（センターパイプ）を対策品に交換する。
