Defect
On commercial welfare vehicles, the required clear aisle space leading to the seats does not meet the aisle requirements specified in Article 23, Paragraph 2 of the Safety Standards.
Corrective action
On affected vehicles: (1) Add a mounting bracket to the rear first-row left-side wheelchair seat belt retractor to reposition the retractor, and add a seatback positioning plate to the three-person bench seat to restrict seatback angle. (2) Replace the rear floor board with the corrected part and reposition both the floor board and the folding side-flip seat.

状況
事業用の福祉車両において、保安基準第２３条第２項に定める通路要件である座席へ通じるための通路に必要空間が確保されていない。
改善措置
該当車両において①後席第一列左側車いす用シートベルトリトラクタに取付けブラケットを追加し、リトラクタの位置を変更するとともに、３人掛けシートにシートバック位置決めプレートを追加し、シートバック角度を規制する。②後席部フロアボードを対策品と交換し、フロアボードおよび横はね上げ式シート位置を変更する。
