Issue
On aerial work platform vehicles, the hydraulic hose routing instructions for the aerial work device are incorrect, causing some hydraulic hoses to contact the edge of a subframe member. This contact abrades and damages the outer sheath of the hydraulic hose. In the worst case, hydraulic fluid may leak and obstruct other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reroute the hydraulic hose and install a protective resin tube over the outer sheath. If damage to the outer sheath is found, replace the hydraulic hose with a new one.
