Defect
The inner rear axle hub bearings on medium and large trucks and medium buses were manufactured from material that does not meet the required specification, resulting in insufficient strength. Continued use may cause the bearing to fail. In the worst case, smooth vehicle operation may no longer be possible.
Corrective action
Replace the inner rear axle hub bearing with a conforming part and replace the outer hub bearing with a new part on all vehicles.

状況
大中型トラック及び中型バスの後軸内側ハブべアリングにおいて、ベアリングの材料が不適切なため、強度が低下しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ベアリングが損傷し、最悪の場合、円滑な走行ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、後軸内側ハブベアリングを良品と交換するとともに、外側ハブベアリングを新品と交換する。
