Defect
On light hybrid trucks, the hybrid motor bracket mounting structure is improperly designed, causing a gap to form between the frame cross member and the bracket on some vehicles. Driving loads generate excessive stress on the motor bracket mounting bolts. Continued use may cause the bolts to fracture. In the worst case, the motor may detach from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, measure the gap between the cross member and side member and insert shims as necessary. Replace the cross member, side member mounting bolts and nuts, and the right-side motor bracket with corrected parts, and retighten to the specified torque.

状況
小型トラックのハイブリッド車において、ハイブリッドモータブラケットの締結構造が不適切なため、フレームのクロスメンバと当該ブラケットの間に隙間が生じるものがある。そのため、車両走行時の入力等によりモータブラケット固定ボルトに過大な応力が発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ボルトが折損し、最悪の場合、モータが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、クロスメンバとサイドメンバの隙間を測定し、必要に応じてシムを挿入する。また、クロスメンバ、サイドメンバ等を取付けているボルトとナット及び右側モータブラケットを対策品と交換し、対策の締付けトルクで締付ける。
