Defect
On the engine installed in refrigerated/freezer vehicles, the weld position of the components forming the tension pulley bracket for the refrigeration unit drive belt is incorrect, resulting in insufficient strength. The bracket may fracture. Continued use can cause the additional bracket securing the pulley to also fracture, and in the worst case, the pulley may detach and create a road hazard for other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the tension pulley bracket with the corrected part, and replace the tension pulley assembly and air conditioner compressor mounting bracket with new parts.

状況
冷蔵冷凍車に架装する車両に搭載される原動機において、冷凍機駆動ベルトのテンションプーリブラケットを構成する部品の溶接位置が不適切なため、強度が不足し、当該ブラケットが破損するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該プーリを固定している他のブラケットが破損し、最悪の場合、プーリが脱落し、他の交通を妨げるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、テンションプーリブラケットを対策品に交換するとともに、テンションプーリアッセンブリ及びエアコンディショナコンプレッサ取付ブラケットを新品と交換する。
