Defect
On large touring buses equipped with swing doors, the bracket fastening structure used to attach the swing arm to the door is improperly designed. As a result, the nut securing the swing arm to the bracket loosens and the bolt fractures, preventing the door from closing securely. In the worst case, the door may detach from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the bracket and nut with corrected parts and replace the bolt with a new one. On certain vehicles, an additional washer will also be installed.

状況
大型観光バスのスイング扉において、スイングアームを扉に取付けるためのブラケットの締結構造が不適切なため、スイングアームとブラケットを固定しているナットが緩みボルトが折損することにより扉を確実に閉じることができなくなり、最悪の場合、扉が脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ブラケットとナットを対策品に交換するとともに、ボルトを新品に交換する。また、一部車両については、ワッシャーを追加する。
