Defect
On vehicles equipped with auxiliary turn signal lamps on the body sides, the supplemental relay required for the additional turn signals was not installed. As a result, if a turn signal fails, the flash rate indicator on the instrument panel may not change, preventing the driver from detecting the malfunction.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, install the supplemental turn signal relay and harness set, and rewire the auxiliary turn signal harness correctly.

状況
車体側面に補助方向指示器を装着した車両において、方向指示器増設用追加リレーの取付けがなかったため、方向指示器が正常に機能しなくなった場合に、運転席の作動状態表示装置の点滅回数が変化しないものがある。
改善措置
全車両、方向指示器増設用追加リレー及びハーネスセットを追加し、補助方向指示器のハーネスを正しく配線する。
