Defect
During the manufacturing process, the fastening bolts securing the transmission support member to the frame may not have been tightened to the specified torque. With continued use, vibration may cause the bolts to loosen and, in the worst case, the fastening nuts may detach.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the fastening bolt tightening torque. If torque is insufficient, replace the affected bolts, nuts, and washers with new parts and tighten to the specified torque.

状況
製作工程で変速機支持用メンバーを車枠に固定する締結ボルトが規定の締め付けトルクで締め付けられていないものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、振動等によりボルトに緩みが生じ、最悪の場合、締結されているナットが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、締結ボルトの締付けトルクを点検し、締付けトルクが不足している場合は、当該ボルト、ナットおよびワッシャを新品と交換し、規定トルクで締め付ける。
