Defect
On four-wheel-drive double-cab fire trucks, the chassis frame has insufficient strength, causing cracks to develop. Continued use in this condition allows the cracks to propagate, leading to frame fracture. In the worst case, the vehicle may become inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add reinforcement components to the chassis frame. Where cracks have already formed, repair the cracks before installing the reinforcement.

状況
4輪駆動のダブルキャブ消防車において、車枠の強度が不適切なため、亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進行して車枠が折損し、最悪の場合、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、車枠に補強部品を追加する。 なお、車枠に亀裂が発生しているものは、亀裂を補修する。
