Defect
The exterior handle bracket on the emergency exit door may be improperly welded. During handle operation, the weld joint may fracture. In the worst case, the emergency exit door may become impossible to open.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the weld condition of the bracket. Where welding is found to be inadequate, secure the bracket with bolts.

状況
非常口扉の車外ハンドルブラケットにおいて、溶接が不適切なものがあるため、ハンドル操作時に当該ブラケットの溶接部が破損し、最悪の場合、非常口扉を開けることができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ブラケットの溶接状態を点検し、不適切なものはボルトで固定する。
