Defect
On tank truck upfits, the aluminum alloy fuel tank is improperly relocated, allowing vibration during vehicle operation to produce cracks in the aluminum alloy fuel tank stays. In the worst case, the fuel tank may detach from the vehicle.
Corrective action
Replace the relocation brackets installed on the aluminum alloy fuel tank stays with corrected parts. If cracks are found in the stays, replace the affected stays with new parts.

状況
タンクローリー架装において、アルミ合金製燃料タンクの移設方法が不適切なため、走行時の振動等により、アルミ合金製燃料タンクステーに亀裂が発生するものがある。最悪の場合、燃料タンクが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
アルミ合金製燃料タンクステーに設けている移設用部材を対策品に交換する。当該ステーに亀裂が発見された場合は、当該ステーを新品に交換する。
