Defect
The dolly storage boxes installed at the rear of dump trucks and refuse collection vehicles are incorrect in size and mounting position. Due to vibration during driving, the dolly may contact the brake hose and damage it.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the dolly storage box with the corrected part and inspect the condition of the brake hose. If damage is found, replace the hose with a new unit.

状況
ダンプ及び塵芥車の車両後端に設置された台車格納箱において、当該格納箱サイズ及び取付位置が不適切なため、走行時の振動等により、台車がブレーキホースと接触しブレーキホースが損傷する場合がある。
改善措置
全車両、台車格納箱を対策品に交換するとともに、ブレーキホースの状態を点検し、損傷がある場合は、当該ホースを新品と交換する。
