Defect
During the bolt press-fitting process into the rear axle hub of forklifts and loaders, an improper jig on the press-fitting equipment causes cracks to form in the hub. As a result, the structural integrity of the hub may not be maintained.
Corrective action
Inspect the rear axle hub on all vehicles. If a crack is found, replace the hub with a non-defective part.

状況
フォークリフトおよびショベルローダの後車軸ハブへのボルト圧入工程において圧入装置の治具が不適切なため、当該ハブに亀裂が生じているものがあり、堅ろう性が確保されないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、後車軸ハブの点検を行い、亀裂があった場合は良品に交換する。
