Defect
On the driver's seat three-point seat belt retractor in route buses, the lock pin that secures the belt spool to the belt end may not be installed. If the seat belt is fully extended, the belt may detach from the retractor, rendering the seat belt unusable.
Corrective action
Inspect the seat belt on all vehicles. Replace any unit from which the belt detaches from the retractor with a conforming part.

状況
路線バスの運転席の３点式座席ベルト巻取装置において、ベルト巻取軸とベルト端部を固定しているロックピンが取付けられていないものがある。そのため、座席ベルトを最後まで引き出すと、巻取装置からベルトが外れ、座席ベルトが使用できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該座席ベルトを点検し、巻取装置からベルトが外れるものは良品と交換する。
