Defect

The brake system electrical wiring is improperly routed. The wiring harness clamp contacts the brake pipes under driving vibration. Continued use in this condition may damage the brake pipes, causing brake fluid to leak and reducing braking force.

Corrective action

On all vehicles, reorient mounting bracket A for the electrical wiring. Replace mounting bracket B with a corrected part featuring a revised height and orientation. Additionally, inspect the brake pipes and replace any damaged pipes with new parts.

状況

 制動装置の電気配線の取付け方法が不適切なため、当該配線の束ね金具が走行時の振動 によりブレーキパイプと接触することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けるとブレー キパイプが損傷し、ブレーキ液が漏れて制動力が低下するおそれがある。

改善措置

 全車両、当該電気配線の固定金具Aについては取り付ける向きを変更する。また、固定 金具Bについては高さおよび向きを変更した対策品に交換する。さらに、ブレーキパイプ を点検し損傷のあるものは新品に交換する。
