Defect
On highway express buses, the mounting bracket for the fare display monitor has insufficient strength, causing cracks to develop in the bracket due to vehicle vibration. Continued use allows the crack to propagate until the bracket fractures, causing the fare display monitor to droop and obstruct the driver's field of view.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the complete fare display monitor mounting bracket assembly with a corrected part.

状況
高速路線バスにおいて、運賃表示用モニターの取付け金具の強度が不足しているため、車両振動により当該金具に亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂の進行によって当該金具が破断して運賃表示用モニターが垂れ下がり、運転者の視界を妨げるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、運賃表示用モニターの取付け金具一式を、対策品と交換する。
