Defect
During the tire assembly process, wheel nuts were not tightened correctly on some units, resulting in insufficient torque. Continued use may allow the nuts to loosen and produce abnormal noise. In the worst case, wheel separation may occur.
Corrective action
Tighten the wheel nuts to the specified torque on all vehicles.
