Defect
During the tire assembly process, wheel nuts were not tightened correctly on some units, resulting in insufficient torque. Continued use may allow the nuts to loosen and produce abnormal noise. In the worst case, wheel separation may occur.
Corrective action

状況
タイヤ組み付け工程において、ホイールナットの締め付けが不適切なため、締付トルクが不足しているものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ナットが緩んで異音が発生し、最悪の場合、脱輪するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ナットを規定のトルクで締め付ける。
