Defect

状況
スチールホイールにタイヤを組み付ける装置の調整が不適切だったため、ホイールにタイヤを組み付ける際、タイヤのホイールとの接触面を損傷させたものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、走行中にタイヤから空気が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、全てのタイヤ及びホイールを良品と交換する。
