Defect
During the manufacturing process, the clamp securing the engine oil cooler hose connection was installed in an incorrect position on some vehicles. Continued use may cause the hose to pull free from the connection point, allowing oil to leak onto the exhaust pipe and, in the worst case, cause a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the oil cooler hose clamp position and reposition any incorrectly placed clamp to the specified location.

状況
製造工程において、原動機のオイルクーラーホース接続部のクランプの取付位置が不適切なものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該接続部よりホースが抜け、最悪の場合、漏れたオイルが排気管に掛かり、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、オイルクーラーホースのクランプ取付位置を確認し、クランプ位置が不適切な場合には、適切なクランプ位置に修正する。
