Defect
The front suspension coil spring is incorrectly designed, allowing road impacts to generate excessive stress at the damper mounting area of the strut mount. Continued use causes cracks to develop at that mounting area. In the worst case, the mount fractures, the damper detaches, and the vehicle becomes inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the front coil spring is replaced with a conforming part and the strut mount is replaced with a new part.

状況
前輪緩衝装置のコイルスプリングの設計が不適切なため、路面からの衝撃により、ストラットマウントのダンパー取付け部に過大な応力が発生することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該取付け部に亀裂が生じ、最悪の場合、破損してダンパーが外れ、走行不能に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、フロントコイルスプリングを良品と交換するとともに、ストラットマウントを新品に交換する。
