Defect
The mounting bracket for the rear wheel brake air line has insufficient strength. Road-induced loads during driving can cause cracks to develop in the bracket. Continued use allows the crack to progress until the bracket fractures. In the worst case, the brake air line is damaged, air leaks, and braking force is reduced.
Corrective action
On all affected vehicles, replace the mounting bracket with the corrected part. If the brake air line shows damage, replace it with a new unit.

状況
後輪ブレーキ用エア配管取付ブラケットの強度が不足しているため、走行時の路面入力等によって当該取付ブラケットに亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該取付ブラケットが折損し、最悪の場合、ブレーキエア配管が損傷してエアが漏れ制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該取付ブラケットを対策品に交換する。また、ブレーキエア配管に損傷があるものは、新品と交換する。
