Defect
On vehicles equipped with air springs, the rear-axle stabilizer mounting bracket is improperly shaped, causing excessive stress in the frame at the bracket attachment point during cornering. This stress may produce a crack in the frame. If the vehicle continues to be operated in this condition, the crack will progress and, in the worst case, the bracket may detach and vehicle handling stability will be compromised.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the mounting bracket with the corrected part. Where a crack is already present, repair the crack and add a reinforcement plate.

状況
空気ばね仕様車において、後軸スタビライザ取付金具の形状が不適切なため、旋回時に当該取付金具を組付けているフレームに過大な応力が生じ、亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、亀裂が進行して、最悪の場合、当該金具が外れ走行安定性が損われるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、取付金具を対策品と交換する。なお、亀裂があるものは補修して補強板を追加する。
