Defect
On dual-front-axle vehicles, the brake pipes are incorrectly routed. When studless tires are fitted and the steering is turned to full lock while crossing a step or curb, the tire may contact the brake pipe. Continued operation causes the anti-corrosion coating at the contact point to peel away, allowing corrosion to progress. In the worst case, the pipe may be damaged, allowing air to leak and reducing braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the brake pipes with corrected parts.

状況
③前２軸車において、ブレーキパイプの形状が不適切なため、スタッドレスタイヤを装着し、ハンドルを最大限度まで切った状態で段差を通過した場合、タイヤが当該パイプと接触することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、接触部分の防錆被膜が剥がれて腐食し、最悪の場合、当該パイプが損傷してエアが漏れ、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
③全車両、ブレーキパイプを対策品と交換する。
