Defect
On single-front-axle vehicles, the tire steering angle is incorrect. When studless tires are fitted and the steering is turned to full lock while crossing a step or curb, the tire may contact the drag link. Continued operation allows rust to develop at the contact point and, in the worst case, the drag link may fracture, resulting in loss of steering control.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, adjust the tire steering angle stopper. If the drag link is damaged, replace it with a new part.

状況
①前１軸車において、タイヤの切角が不適切なため、スタッドレスタイヤを装着し、ハンドルを最大限度まで切った状態で段差を通過した場合、タイヤがドラッグリンクと接触することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、接触部分に錆が発生し、最悪の場合、当該リンクが折損して、操舵ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
①全車両、タイヤ切角ストッパを調整する。なお、ドラッグリンクが損傷している場合は、新品と交換する。
