Defect
On dual-front-axle vehicles, the tire steering angle is incorrect. When studless tires are fitted and the steering is turned to full lock while crossing a step or curb, the tire may contact the link rod. Continued operation allows rust to develop at the contact point and, in the worst case, the link rod may fracture, resulting in loss of reliable steering control.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, adjust the tire steering angle stopper. If the link rod is damaged, replace it with a new part.

状況
②前２軸車において、タイヤの切角が不適切なため、スタッドレスタイヤを装着し、ハンドルを最大限度まで切った状態で段差を通過した場合、タイヤがリンクロッドと接触することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、接触部分に錆が発生し、最悪の場合、当該ロッドが折損して、確実な操舵ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、タイヤ切角ストッパを調整する。なお、リンクロッドが損傷している場合は、新品と交換する。
