Defect
The fuel line routing from the fuel tank to the engine was improperly routed, causing the fuel line to contact the air conditioning air duct. Continued operation wears through the fuel line. In the worst case, a hole forms in the line, allowing air to enter the fuel system, causing the engine to stall and preventing restart.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the clearance between the fuel line and the air conditioning air duct. Where clearance is insufficient, add a fuel line section at the affected area and reroute the line.

状況
燃料タンクからエンジンへの燃料配管の取り回しが不適切なため、燃料配管がエアコン用空気ダクトと干渉するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、燃料配管が摩耗し、最悪の場合、孔があき空気が混入し、エンジンが停止して再始動できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料配管とエアコン用空気ダクトとの隙間を点検し、隙間が小さいものは当該配管部について燃料配管を追加し、取り回しを変更する。
