Defect
On dump trucks, the fuel hose routing method at the point where the tool box was installed is improper, causing the fuel hose to contact the tool box on some vehicles. Vibration during driving can damage the fuel hose and cause a fuel leak. In the worst case, this may result in a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add a fuel hose fixing bracket and a priming pump extension bracket to secure the fuel hose, then inspect the condition of the hose. If damage is found, replace the hose with a new unit.

状況
ダンプ車の燃料ホースにおいて、道具箱を取り付けた際の燃料ホースの固定方法が不適切なため、道具箱と接触しているものがある。そのため、走行時の振動等により燃料ホースが損傷し、燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、火災となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料ホース固定ブラケット及びプライミングポンプ延長ブラケットを追加し、燃料ホースを固定するとともに、当該ホースの状態を点検し、損傷がある場合は、新品と交換する。
