Defect
The clutch release lever in the power transmission system has insufficient strength. Repeated clutch operation causes the lever to crack. Continued use allows the crack to progress, deforming the lever and preventing clutch disengagement. In the worst case, the vehicle may become inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the clutch release lever with a corrected part.

状況
動力伝達装置において、クラッチレリーズレバーの強度が不足しているため、クラッチ操作によりレバーに亀裂が生じるものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該レバーが変形し、クラッチが切れなくなり、最悪の場合、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該レバーを対策品と交換する。
