Defect
On buses, certain forward-folding seats located beside the emergency exit were assembled without the anti-tip bracket. If a passenger falls rearward onto the seat during hard braking, the hinge locking mechanism may release. In the worst case, the seat may collapse forward. Note: This notification adds vehicles that were omitted from the recall filed on September 22, 2004 under Notification No. 1229.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, install the anti-tip bracket.

状況
バスの非常口横の前転倒式座席において、転倒防止金具が取付けられていないものがある。そのため、急ブレーキにより乗客が後方より当該座席に倒れかかるとヒンジの固定が外れ、最悪の場合、座席が転倒するおそれがある。 備考：本届出は、平成１６年９月２２日「届出番号１２２９」のリコール届出に集計漏れがあったため、新たに対象車を追加するものです。
改善措置
全車両、転倒防止金具を追加する。
