Defect
The fuel line quick connector was improperly assembled during production, leaving some connectors incompletely seated. Continued operation allows fuel pressure to move the quick connector, compromising the seal and causing a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the quick connector for complete seating. Any connector found to be incompletely seated must be fully and correctly engaged.

状況
燃料配管の継ぎ手部(クイックコネクタ)の組み付け作業が不適切なため、クイックコ ネクタの嵌合に不十分なものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、燃圧によりク イックコネクタが動き、シール性が損なわれて燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、クイックコネクタの嵌合状態を点検し、嵌合が不十分なものは正規嵌合状態にす る。
