Defect

On vehicles converted to refuse trucks, the method used to attach the battery bracket to the chassis frame after relocating the battery is improper. Continued use in this condition may cause cracks to develop in the chassis frame. In the worst case, the chassis frame may fracture completely.

Corrective action

On all vehicles, reinforcement is added to the battery bracket mounting area on the chassis frame.

状況

 塵芥車に改造した車両において、バッテリー位置を変更した際のバッテリーブラケット をシャシフレームに取り付ける方法が不適切なため、そのままの状態で使用するとシャシ フレームに亀裂が発生し、最悪の場合、シャシフレームが切断するおそれがある。

改善措置

全車両、バッテリーブラケット取付部に補強を追加する。
