Defect
On compressed natural gas vehicles, the valve seat dimensions and O-ring hardness inside the high-pressure regulator of the fuel pressure-reduction unit are incorrect. This causes the O-ring to deform or sustain damage. As a result, fuel gas passes through the high-pressure regulator at elevated pressure and may leak to the outside through the safety relief valve.
Corrective action
Replace the high-pressure regulator with the corrected part on all vehicles.

状況
圧縮天然ガス車の燃料減圧装置(レギュレータ)において、高圧側減圧器内部のバルブシ ート部の寸法およびオーリングの硬度が不適切なため、当該オーリングが変形又は破損す ることがある。そのため、燃料ガスが高圧のまま低圧側減圧器に流出し、安全弁から外部 に漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、高圧側減圧器を対策品に交換する。
