Defect
The electrical wiring terminals on the noise filter installed to suppress radio interference in the onboard wireless unit were improperly crimped on certain vehicles. Driving vibration causes these terminals to loosen, increasing electrical resistance and generating heat. In the worst case, a vehicle fire may occur.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the noise filter electrical wiring with the corrected part and reroute the wiring accordingly.

状況
車載用無線機への雑音を防止する装置（ノイズフィルター）の電気配線端子にかしめ不 良のものがあり、走行中の振動等により当該端子が緩むため、電気抵抗が増加して発熱し 、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ノイズフィルター用電気配線を対策品と交換するとともに、当該電気配線の配 索を変更する。
