Defect
The wheel nuts on some front dual-tire wheels were not tightened to sufficient torque, allowing the nuts to loosen during driving. Continued use can cause the wheel nuts to fall off or the hub bolts to fracture. In the worst case, a wheel detaches, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the wheels, wheel nuts, and hub bolts. Replace any damaged components with new parts and tighten the wheel nuts to the specified torque.

状況
フロントダブルタイヤのホイールナットの締付力が不足しているものがあり、走行中にホ イールナットが緩むことがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、ホイ ールナットが脱落あるいはハブボルトが折損し、タイヤが脱落して走行不能に至るおそれ がある。
改善措置
全車両のホイール、ホイールナット及びハブボルトを点検し、損傷しているものは新品と 交換して、ホイールナットを正規のトルクで締め付ける。
