Defect
An insufficient amount of oil was introduced into the differential during assembly, resulting in inadequate lubrication. This causes seizure of the differential and, in the worst case, wheel lockup while driving, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the differential oil level. Where the level is insufficient, replace the differential assembly with a new unit and fill to the specified oil quantity.

状況
差動機へのオイル注入量が不足しているものがあるため、差動機が潤滑不足になるもの がある。そのため、当該差動機が焼き付いて、最悪の場合、走行中に車輪がロックし走行 不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、オイル量を点検し、不足しているものは差動機を新品と交換しオイルを規定量 注入する。
