Defect
The front mounting bracket for the rear axle suspension torque rod has insufficient strength to withstand braking loads. Repeated loading causes cracks to develop in the bracket. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate until the torque rod separates, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
① On all large-size non-step vehicles, weld side plates, bottom plates, and inner plates to the left and right torque rod brackets. ② On all large-size one-step vehicles, weld side plates and L-shaped plates to the left and right torque rod brackets. ③ On all medium-size one-step vehicles, weld side plates to the left and right torque rod brackets.

状況
後軸緩衝装置のトルクロッド前側取付けブラケットにおいて、制動時の荷重に対して強 度が不足しているため、繰返し荷重により当該ブラケットに亀裂が発生するものがある。 そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、亀裂が進行しトルクロッドが外れ走行できなくなる おそれがある。
改善措置
①大型ノンステップ車については、全車両、左右のトルクロッドブラケットに側面プレー ト、下面プレートおよび内側プレートを溶接で追加する。 ②大型ワンステップ車については、全車両、左右のトルクロッドブラケットに側面プレー トおよびL型プレートを溶接で追加する。 ③中型ワンステップ車については、全車両、左右のトルクロッドブラケットに側面プレー トを溶接で追加する。
