Defect
In the brake system, the rear brake pipes are improperly routed. When a vehicle is driven repeatedly through fresh snow in extreme cold with frequent starts and stops, large quantities of snow accumulate and freeze inside the disc wheels, contacting the brake pipes. If this condition recurs repeatedly, the pipes may sustain damage, in the worst case causing brake fluid to leak and brake force to decrease.
Corrective action
Replace the rear brake pipes on all vehicles with corrected parts.

状況
制動装置において、後輪用ブレーキパイプの形状が不適切なため、厳寒時新雪路面を頻 繁な発進と停止を繰り返して走行すると、ディスクホイール内側に多量に堆積した雪が氷 結し、当該パイプに干渉することがあり、このような状態が繰り返されると、最悪の場合 、当該パイプが損傷して制動液が漏れ、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該後輪用ブレーキパイプを対策品と交換する。
