Issue
On the liftgate cargo elevator fitted to the rear of the load bed, the hydraulic cylinder for automatic floor opening and closing has insufficient strength, causing the cylinder to bend during cargo handling operations. Continued use damages the cylinder and the lower arm positioned symmetrically opposite it, causing the lifting floor to tilt. In the worst case, cargo on the lifting floor may fall and injure workers or bystanders.
Corrective action
Replace the hydraulic cylinder with a corrected part.

状況
荷台後部に取り付けられている積み荷を昇降させる装置において、フロア自動開閉用油圧 シリンダーの強度が不十分なため、荷役作業時に油圧シリンダーが曲がり、そのままの状 態で使用を続けると、当該シリンダーが損傷するとともに対称に位置するロアーアームも 損傷して昇降フロアが傾き、最悪の場合、昇降フロア上の積み荷が落下し、作業者又は第 ３者に危害を及ぼすおそれがある。
改善措置
対策品のシリンダーに交換する。
