Defect
Insufficient frame strength may cause cracks to develop near the cross member mounting area on the right-side frame rail and near the end cross member attachment point on the left-side frame rail. In the worst case, the frame fractures and the vehicle becomes inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add reinforcement plates at the cross member mounting area on the right-side frame rail and at the end cross member attachment point on the left-side frame rail.

状況
車枠において、強度が不足しているため、右側車枠のクロスメンバー取付部付近とエンド クロスメンバーの左側車枠への取付部付近に亀裂が生じるものがあり、最悪の場合、車枠 が折損して走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、右側車枠のクロスメンバー取付部とエンドクロスメンバーの左側車枠への取付部 に補強版を追加する。
