Defect
The No. 3 cross member that supports the propeller shaft has insufficient strength, causing cracks to develop in the cross member. Continued use can progress the damage and, in the worst case, the cross member fractures and can no longer retain the propeller shaft.
Corrective action
Replace the cross member on all vehicles with the corrected part. On vehicles for which replacement with the corrected part is not immediately possible, reinforce the existing cross member and add a new cross member.

状況
プロペラシャフトを保持している第3クロスメンバーの強度が不足しているため、当該クロスメンバーに亀裂が発生する場合がある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、当該クロスメンバーが破損し、プロペラシャフトを保持できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該クロスメンバーを対策品と交換する。なお、対策品と交換できない車両については、当該クロスメンバーを補強し、新クロスメンバーを追加する。
