Defect
On compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, defective soldering exists on the electronic control circuit board of the gas valve that regulates fuel gas flow. Continued use causes the solder joint to crack, leading to engine malfunction. In the worst case, the engine stalls and cannot be restarted.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the gas valve with a corrected part.

状況
圧縮天然ガス車(CNG車)において、燃料ガスの流量を制御しているガスバルブの電子 制御基板にはんだ付けの不良のものがあるため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該 部が割れ原動機が不調となり、最悪の場合、原動機が停止し、再始動できなくなるおそれ がある。
改善措置
全車両、がスバルブを対策品に交換する。
