Defect
The electrical wiring routing on the generator is improper, causing the plastic retaining bands securing the wiring to melt from exhaust pipe heat. Continued use allows the wiring to contact the exhaust pipe and short circuit. In the worst case, the engine may stall and fail to restart.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reroute the electrical wiring and add metal clips to secure its position. If the wiring is damaged, replace it with new parts.

状況
発電機の電気配線の取回しが不適切なため、当該配線を固定している樹脂製バンドが排気 管の熱により溶損するものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、電気配線が排気管 と接触して短絡し、最悪の場合、原動機が停止して再始動できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該電気配線の取回しを修正すると共に位置決めのため金属製クリップを追加す る。なお、電気配線が損傷している場合は新品と交換する。
