Defect
In the electronically controlled accelerator pedal unit, a plate within the mechanism that reduces pedal return force after depression may have been improperly assembled. Continued use causes the plate to wear, increasing friction and making the accelerator pedal slow to return. In the worst case, the pedal may fail to return at all.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, verify the manufacturing number (0327A) of the unit. On affected units, replace the accelerator pedal unit with a conforming part.

状況
加速装置（電子制御式アクセルペダルユニット）において、アクセルペダル踏込み後のペ ダル操作力を軽減させる装置内のプレートを誤って組立てたものがあるため、このままの 状態で使用を続けると、当該プレートが摩耗して摩擦力が増加し、アクセルペダルが戻り にくくなり、最悪の場合、戻らなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該装置の製造番号（０３２７Ａ）を確認し、該当するものはアクセルペダルユ ニットを良品と交換する。
